Responsibilities
- Design and deploy performance metrics for solution selling that align with sales and marketing goals.
- Analyze sales funnel data and solution proposals to detect patterns and generate actionable intelligence.
- Create quantifiable measures for solution selling, such as average components per board segmented by application, region, or client.
- Assist internal and external teams including IT, AI specialists, marketing, and sales in building and sustaining scalable analytics platforms.
- Build and manage dashboards and reporting interfaces tailored to sales and marketing needs.
- Enhance and maintain an internal solution proposal engine using artificial intelligence capabilities.
- Examine historical business cases and market dynamics to guide future strategic planning.
- Deliver data-backed recommendations and direction to sales and marketing departments.
- Ensure ongoing refinement and reliability of analytics systems and tools.
- Oversee key performance indicators for the User Experience team.
- Promote strong communication and coordination among internal and external partners to advance project outcomes.
