What You’ll Do
- Design and implement robust, scalable Android applications using modern Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Lead architectural decisions and drive best practices across the mobile codebase
- Collaborate with product and design to deliver intuitive, responsive user experiences
- Integrate GraphQL APIs and enable real-time data synchronization for dynamic content
- Champion the adoption of AI-powered development tools to improve code quality and team efficiency
- Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote knowledge sharing
- Guide technical strategy and help define the long-term vision for mobile
What We’re Looking For
- Deep expertise in Android development with a proven ability to ship high-quality, performant apps
- Strong command of Kotlin, asynchronous programming, and modern Android architecture
- Experience with real-time data flows and complex UI interactions
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
- Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo in mobile contexts

Compensation
Base salary ranges from $180,000 to $270,000 for full-time U.S. roles, adjusted for qualifications. International compensation aligns with local markets. Equity is included, along with a comprehensive benefits package covering health, retirement, and professional setup.
