As an Android Engineer, you'll play a central role in evolving a rapidly expanding mobile platform. You'll build and ship new features for the Android app, focusing on performance, scalability, and user experience. Your work will directly influence how users interact with intelligent financial tools, incorporating AI and automation into everyday workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement key features in the Android application using modern Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to define functionality that delivers real user value
- Improve engineering standards by conducting code reviews and shaping development practices
- Help scale the codebase through robust architecture, tooling, and automation
- Iterate based on customer feedback and product insights alongside cross-functional partners
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of hands-on experience developing Android apps
- Strong command of Kotlin, Compose, and modern Android development patterns
- Proven track record of shipping mobile features or full applications to broad audiences
- Familiarity with MVVM, coroutines, flows, Gradle, and OpenAPI
- A drive to grow technically in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with web technologies like React and TypeScript
- Backend knowledge using Python, Flask, or SQL
- Hands-on experience with Buildkite or Google Play Console management
