Aledade is hiring a Staff AI Researcher - Generative AI to lead research and development efforts focused on generative models for healthcare applications. In this role, you will translate advanced research into scalable, production-ready solutions that impact patient care.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and evaluate novel generative AI models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
- Stay current with the latest research in generative AI and healthcare AI.
- Publish research findings and contribute to the scientific community.
What We're Looking For
- A PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- A proven track record of research in generative AI, demonstrated by publications at top-tier conferences.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Nice to Have
- Experience applying AI and machine learning within the healthcare domain.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
- Experience deploying and scaling machine learning models in production environments.
