Solventum is hiring a Sr. Account Manager for our Dental Solutions division based in Xiamen. In this role, you will achieve sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts and territory. We partner closely with the brightest minds in healthcare to ensure that every solution we create melds the latest technology with compassion and empathy.
What You'll Do
- Develop sales strategy, sales plan, and quantitative sales targets for customers in line with company business strategy.
- Coordinate product marketing and promotion activities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Formulate sales plans, visit customers, and develop relationships with accounts and new prospects.
- Effectively plan and manage time and resources for effective territory coverage and communication.
- Drive market development and customer service initiatives in your assigned markets.
What We're Looking For
- University graduate with Medical degrees and more than two years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Strong learning agility and selling skills, with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Resilient, able to work under pressure, and skilled at problem-solving.
- Optimistic, hard-working, and innovative mindset.
- Strong ownership, accountability, high integrity, and a customer service mindset.
