Pall Corporation is hiring an Accurate Mass Workflow Specialist (AWS) - Channel Markets - EMEA to support our mass spectrometry growth across the region. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities by maintaining customer relationships and collaborating with sales and applications teams to present effective solutions.
What You'll Do
- Drive Accurate Mass Sales in your region by identifying, developing, and closing MS business opportunities.
- Boost win-rate through collaboration with Sales, Applications/Support, and Service Teams.
- Stay updated on workflows and market trends to inform local sales strategies.
- Partner with the Application/Support Team to manage demos, including pre-positioning and data review.
- Collaborate with Market Development Managers to generate leads at regional events.
- Gather and report Voice of Customer (VOC) and market feedback.
- Grow and leverage the regional user base as sales references.
- Work with Market Development Managers to engage current and new regional Thought-Leaders.
What We're Looking For
- A technical life sciences degree.
- Several years of hands-on LC MS experience.
- A results-driven, commercially focused mindset.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and strong presentation skills.
- An effective team player, able to unify departments.
- Skilled at building internal and external relationships.
- Willingness to travel up to 60%.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of relevant markets and HRMS.
- Previous sales experience.
- Hands-on LCMS HRES experience.
Team & Environment
You will report to the AWS Manager and form part of the European commercial team.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located in Central, Eastern, and South Eastern Europe.
