About the Role
The specialist will enable accurate mass workflow adoption through technical support, training, and collaboration with channel partners across EMEA to ensure successful customer outcomes and product utilization.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training and support to channel partners in the EMEA region
- Assist in the implementation of accurate mass workflows for customer applications
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent technical messaging
- Troubleshoot instrument and software performance issues in collaboration with partners
- Support pre-sales activities with scientific expertise and application knowledge
- Conduct remote and on-site demonstrations of workflow capabilities
- Gather and share customer feedback to inform product development and improvements
- Develop technical documentation and training materials for partner use
- Monitor adoption metrics and provide reports on workflow utilization
- Act as a technical liaison between partners and internal support teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in all technical activities
- Participate in the validation of new methods and software updates
- Coordinate with marketing to align technical content with market needs
- Support post-sales onboarding and customer handover processes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mass spectrometry technologies
- Assist in the planning of regional technical events and workshops
- Drive adoption of best practices in sample preparation and data analysis
- Provide input on competitive landscape and market-specific challenges
- Work closely with distribution partners to resolve technical escalations
- Promote consistent use of workflows across different laboratory environments
- Support the integration of new instruments into existing laboratory setups
- Ensure technical alignment with global support standards
- Respond to partner inquiries within defined service level agreements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of technical support processes
- Stay informed about regional regulatory requirements affecting instrument use
