Solventum is hiring a Senior Account Manager for our Dental Solutions division in Shenyang. You will be responsible for achieving sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts and territory, applying foundational selling skills while managing your area with regular supervision. What You'll Do
- Manage sales activities, market development, and customer service within your assigned markets.
- Develop sales strategy, plans, and quantitative targets for customers aligned with company business strategy.
- Coordinate product marketing and promotion activities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Formulate sales plans, visit customers, and build relationships with accounts and new prospects.
- Effectively plan and manage time and resources for territory coverage, communications, and sales-related activities.
What We're Looking For
- University graduate with a Medical degree.
- More than two years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for a work visa.
