About the Role

Medline Industries is looking for a Senior Workday Integration Analyst to solve business problems by designing and implementing solutions through new or improved processes and systems. You will act as a subject matter expert for operations data, managing complex assignments with minimal supervision and collaborating cross-functionally.

What You'll Do

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders independently.
  • Organize and engage in effective meetings with technical teams and business partners.
  • Identify the inter-dependencies of complex projects across domains.
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders and executives.
  • Research available technologies and solutions with minimal dependency on lead or manager.
  • Take ownership of deliverables and improve existing processes.
  • Define standards for team deliverables and internal processes.
  • Prioritize primary assignments and ad-hoc work for junior team members.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members as required.
  • Investigate, document, and analyze business requirements and workflows.
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write functional specifications.
  • Recommend process improvements achievable through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
  • Interpret business requirements into functional designs.
  • Collaborate with Developers and Engineers on technical designs and development.
  • Perform implementation and configuration activities, including prototyping, system configuration, and process documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between the IT development group and business partners for system enhancements and new implementations.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using large datasets within applications.
  • Ensure solutions are thoroughly tested and validated before production implementation.
  • Own test planning and review of testing results with minimal input from management.
  • Work with business partners to communicate changes clearly and ensure users are informed and trained.

What We're Looking For

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in business or an IT-related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in system analysis and configuration.
  • Dashboard development experience using Tableau or similar technology.
  • Experience utilizing SQL for data analysis and performance tuning.
  • Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement.
  • Experience working in an agile/scrum environment.
  • Experience applying project management methodologies.
  • Broad knowledge of hardware, software, and programming.
  • Experience documenting complex processes and generating supporting diagrams.
  • Strong time management skills, including prioritizing/organizing multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to assess situations and initiate actions independently.
  • Experience and skills in influencing, leading, and directing individuals in multiple functional areas.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and customer service skills.
  • Strong business analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated bias for action.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Tableau, WebFOCUS, SQL, SSIS, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, and R.
  • Experience with Machine Learning and predictive analytics strategies.
