Shape the future of mobile retail experiences by leading end-to-end design for native apps across a portfolio of globally recognized brands. As a Senior UX Designer, you'll translate user insights into meaningful interactions, ensuring seamless journeys on both iOS and Android platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Guide the full design lifecycle—from research and ideation to prototyping and high-fidelity interfaces—ensuring solutions are inclusive, functional, and aligned with brand identity.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to define product direction, balancing user needs with technical constraints and business objectives.
- Use qualitative findings and behavioral data to inform and refine designs, ensuring decisions are rooted in real user behavior.
- Help evolve and maintain a scalable design system that promotes consistency, accessibility, and efficient development across platforms.
- Present design concepts with clear rationale, adapting fidelity to audience and stage in the development cycle.
- Engage in agile rituals such as sprint planning and retrospectives, integrating design seamlessly into the product development workflow.
- Contribute to a culture of design excellence by participating in critiques and mentoring strong design practices across teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in design or a related field.
- At least five years of experience creating consumer-facing mobile applications, with a proven track record in native app design.
- A portfolio showcasing research, wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs that demonstrate problem-solving and craft.
- Strong grasp of mobile platform guidelines, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience working within structured design systems.
- Experience creating user flows, storyboards, information architecture, and other foundational design artifacts.
- Ability to interpret data and use it to guide design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for storytelling and influencing stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Design Thinking and Lean UX.
- Comfort giving and receiving feedback in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Work Environment
