EX Squared is seeking a Sr. Technical Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating robust technical designs and specifications for complex software systems.

What You'll Do

Lead the creation of comprehensive technical design documents and architecture specifications.
Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical blueprints.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with strategic goals.
Define system components, interfaces, and data models for new features and applications.
Review and refine technical designs based on feedback and evolving project needs.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in a technical design or software architecture role.
Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure software systems.
Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems into structured solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating technical concepts.
Experience with diagramming tools and design documentation standards.
