Accountabilities: · Create, implement, and sustain core platform components and frameworks supporting AI and ML applications. · Engage with cross-functional teams to comprehend requirements and deliver solutions empowering developers and data scientists. · Deliver production support, diagnostic analysis, and performance enhancement for platform services. · Incorporate Generative AI models into the platform, ensuring efficient execution and scalability. · Provide mentorship to junior engineers and cultivate a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. · Remain current with industry innovations and methodological standards to maintain platform innovation and resilience. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. · 5+ years of software engineering experience with platform development responsibilities. · Robust proficiency in Rust and expertise building high-performance systems. · Experience with REST and Graph APIs, including authentication mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, API keys, JWT, service accounts). · Practical experience integrating external systems via SDKs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures. · Previous experience developing widely adopted infrastructure/framework components. · Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). · Exceptional collaborative and communication capabilities. · Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience developing platforms for AI/ML applications or working with Generative AI models. · Proficiency in Python and DevOps/CI-CD practices. · Contributions to open-source projects in platform engineering or AI technologies.
