Responsibilities: 1. Spearhead solution deployment, testing, and support initiatives for document management system projects and associated interfaces. 2. Coach and assist team members in deployment, testing, and support processes. 3. Determine resource requirements and project effort estimations. 4. Develop timelines and work schedules to meet project deadlines. 5. Diagnose and ensure resolution of encountered service challenges. 6. Develop or validate Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing activities, including test scenarios and schedules. 7. Communicate efficiently with clients and teams. 8.
