About the Role

Operating under the supervision of the Enterprise Document Management Manager, the professional is tasked with orchestrating and guiding technical initiatives related to implementing and rolling out vendor or proprietary applications delivering enterprise document solutions, ensuring business specifications and end-user requirements are satisfied and projects are completed punctually. This position demands sophisticated technical expertise and capabilities to collaborate with solution providers and support system, network, storage, database, and development engineering resources during project execution. The professional must exhibit exceptional technical problem-solving skills and capacity to deliver effective peer assistance and coordinate complex technical troubleshooting scenarios. Responsibilities: 1. Spearhead solution deployment, testing, and support initiatives for document management system projects and associated interfaces. 2. Coach and assist team members in deployment, testing, and support processes. 3. Determine resource requirements and project effort estimations. 4. Develop timelines and work schedules to meet project deadlines. 5. Diagnose and ensure resolution of encountered service challenges. 6. Develop or validate Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing activities, including test scenarios and schedules. 7. Communicate efficiently with clients and teams. 8. Provide on-call support as required. Competencies: 1. Decision Making: Capability to make policy-guided decisions affecting departmental operations. 2. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Licensure, Certification & Registration: Experience: 5-8 years implementing, deploying, and supporting business-critical solutions. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: - Windows and Linux environment expertise - Programming language proficiency (Java, Python, C#, ASP.NET, PHP, JavaScript) - Application administration and configuration scripting - Content management systems experience - Advanced technical computer skills Preferred Qualifications: - Healthcare setting experience - Documentum Content and Captiva scanning platform knowledge - EHR systems familiarity (Epic, Meditech, Athena) Pay Range: $74,880.00 USD - $93,600.00 USD Compensation determined by factors including seniority, education, experience, certifications, work location, and job responsibilities.
