Responsibilities
- Build, validate, and document custom solutions, integrations, and data transfers for ServiceNow functionalities and initiatives.
- Convert business needs into scalable, efficient technical designs optimized for the ServiceNow environment.
- Create a reusable workflow architecture adaptable across multiple processes and identify ways to automate existing manual tasks.
- Engage in peer code reviews to uphold high coding standards and proper use of design patterns.
- Carry out testing procedures to ensure reliable and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to support seamless execution.
- Provide accurate task estimates and detailed breakdowns of work efforts.
- Resolve system incidents within defined service level agreements and perform routine maintenance to ensure platform stability.
- Guide and support team members through knowledge sharing and technical mentorship.
