Responsibilities

- Optimize website architecture and on-page elements for search engines
- Lead technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with development teams
- Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly
- Produce detailed performance reports using analytics platforms
- Collaborate with content teams to align SEO with editorial planning
- Manage internal linking structures and site navigation improvements
- Oversee metadata optimization across thousands of pages
- Guide local SEO initiatives for regional markets
- Ensure mobile and core web vitals meet search engine standards
- Work with engineering on site speed and crawlability enhancements
- Track KPIs including impressions, clicks, rankings, and conversions
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging SEO practices
- Mentor junior team members in SEO best practices
- Support international SEO efforts where applicable
- Implement structured data markup to enhance search results
- Evaluate domain health and backlink profiles
- Advocate for SEO within cross-functional product and design meetings
- Use SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
