About the Role
The Senior Security Engineer II will lead efforts to safeguard enterprise systems by identifying risks, implementing protective measures, and responding to security incidents with technical precision and strategic insight.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and enhance existing security frameworks to meet evolving threats
- Monitor network systems for suspicious activity and potential breaches
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing

- Develop and update security policies and operational procedures

- Assist in audits by providing evidence and technical explanations

- Support identity and access management initiatives

- Participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents
- Evaluate third-party security risks and vendor controls

- Advise on secure coding practices for development teams
