CDW Technologies is hiring a Senior Security Engineer II to focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). You will design, implement, and manage modern IAM/IGA solutions to enable secure access across the enterprise, working within and across Agile teams.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and manage modern IAM and IGA solutions as part of our Identity Governance and Administration strategy.
- Maintain and document user provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC, entitlement automation, and approval workflows.
- Develop, enhance, test, document, and manage Identity Management automation processes.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and business teams to define IAM/IGA requirements and deploy controls.
- Contribute to team efforts for SSO, Multifactor Authentication, Azure Active Directory/Entra ID integrations, and Privileged Access Management.
- Continuously evaluate current-state processes and implementations to identify optimization opportunities.
- Audit and review access periodically to enforce the principle of least privilege.
- Respond to and resolve IAM-related incidents and issues.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience implementing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions (e.g., MIM, SailPoint, Entra ID Governance, ForgeRock, Okta).
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise identity and access management.
- Experience collaborating cross-organizationally with business units and application owners on access models.
- Demonstrated experience clearly documenting access control frameworks (RBAC, ABAC) and identity governance structures.
- Experience with HRM systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (SOX, ISO, NIST).
- Cloud identity and access management experience with a strong understanding of user provisioning, SCIM, SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Dedication to continuous improvement, security process engineering, and operational excellence.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Entra ID is preferred.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $126,000 - $185,000
