MacAllister Machinery is hiring a Senior Project Manager - Supplier Quality. This role focuses on managing supplier quality initiatives within our heavy equipment dealership network, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement across our supply chain.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage supplier quality management projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and implement quality standards and processes for supplier evaluation and performance
- Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure supplier compliance with company specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior project management role with a focus on supplier quality
- Deep understanding of quality management systems within a heavy equipment, industrial, or dealership environment
- Strong analytical skills for assessing supplier performance and managing complex quality data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective supplier relationship management
- Ability to travel as needed to supplier sites within Indiana and Michigan
