Jobgether is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects from inception to deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project scope, budgets, and schedules, and act as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Create, maintain, and manage all project artifacts using standard project management tools.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, scope, and budgets, including forecasting, invoicing, and margin calculations.
- Plan and facilitate kickoff, status, and stakeholder meetings, both internal and client-facing.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as appropriate to leadership.
- Track, approve, and report on project hours and resources to ensure accurate project accounting.
- Document key decisions, action items, approvals, and project signoffs.
- Support onboarding and mentorship of less experienced team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in SaaS environments.
- Proven experience managing system replacement, integration, or implementation projects.
- Experience working with business and technical executives to define and execute strategic roadmaps.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience in complex project environments.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
