Ashby is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on enablement, competitive intelligence, and audience messaging. This role acts as a strategic partner to our Sales and Customer Success teams, turning strategic ambiguity into clear messaging and high-impact content and programs.
What You'll Do
- Enable the sales team, lead competitive intelligence, expand audience messaging, and support company and market narrative.
- Run deep research, focus groups, and message testing to help Ashby show up with clarity in new markets.
- Be the right hand to sales leadership, developing collateral, messaging, and training needed to win.
- Be the go-to expert on how Ashby differentiates from competitors.
- Lead projects like updates to our pitch deck, build competitive plays, and shape sales enablement.
- Work with Sales to identify gaps in current enablement and build materials supporting revenue-generating activities.
- Act as connective tissue between Product, Marketing, and Sales to drive alignment on go-to-market priorities.
- Deliver well-crafted trainings to sales in collaboration with other sales-supporting teams.
- Own Ashby’s competitive research function, turning insights into practical enablement and public-facing collateral.
- Develop documentation, content, training, and strategic positioning frameworks for competitive deals.
- Regularly brief leadership and GTM teams on market shifts and competitive trends.
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research to evaluate new market opportunities.
- Develop and validate messaging and strategy to support launches into new buyer personas, audiences, verticals, or segments.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Gen, and Product to develop and activate audience-tailored campaigns.
- Lead the development of associated collateral, collaborating with stakeholders in Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Design.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a B2B SaaS growth organization.

You will join a small team within Product Marketing and act as a key partner to Sales and CS teams. You will report to Rosalia.
