ReadMe is looking for a Product Manager, Developer Experience. In this role, you will own developer-facing product experiences, make technical things feel human, and ensure ReadMe is awesome by default. You will act as the voice of the developer within our growing company.

What You'll Do

Own developer-facing product experiences like the API Explorer, reference guides, and SDKs.
Turn complex systems into interfaces and workflows that feel natural and easy to navigate.
Think critically about onboarding, defaults, and feature discoverability.
Shape the product so customers don’t hit snags in the first place.
Chat with users to understand developer pain points and where they’re getting stuck.
Act as the connective tissue across product, design, engineering, and support.
Read APIs, inspect dev environments, and explore technical edge cases in a GitHub repo.

Excited about being part of a small, growing team with real ownership.

Team & Environment

You will join a small team and report directly to the VP of Product.
