Responsibilities
- Lead the design of complete web experiences, managing every stage from initial concept to final launch
- Run customer interviews and usability testing, then use insights from both user feedback and behavioral data to refine and improve designs
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to identify challenges, develop solutions, and deliver new features
- Develop clean, intuitive user interfaces that simplify complex processes
- Align user needs with business objectives and technical limitations
- Make informed decisions balancing speed of delivery, learning opportunities, and competing demands
- Guide design discussions with external partners and clearly justify design choices
