Responsibilities
- Partner with global HRBPs to understand the strategic priorities of Enterprise Foundations - Operations and translate them into actionable people and organizational plans.
- Enable talent and performance outcomes by executing global strategies across talent management, organizational design, performance management, and talent refresh & optimization.
- Build future-ready capability by partnering with leaders to identify strengths, development needs, and shape robust leadership and specialist talent pipelines.
- Provide insights through people analytics to guide workforce planning, organizational design, talent forecasting, and capability-building decisions.
- Lead and support change effectively by guiding teams through organizational transitions with clear communication, active listening, and disciplined change execution.
- Collaborate across the HR community - working across regions and HR functions, role-modelling TAGIE behaviors, sharing best practices, and contributing to a cohesive, enterprise-wide HR agenda (*TAGIE = Transparent / Agile / Global / Innovative / Entrepreneurial).
Requirements
- 5–10 years of HR experience, ideally in a country or regional HRBP role.
- Strong analytical and data capabilities, with the ability to interpret people data, identify trends, and deliver meaningful insights to leaders.
- Proficiency in Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, data summaries).
- Ability to create clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate HR insights and recommendations.
- Experience operating within a global, matrixed organization and collaborating effectively across time zones and cultures.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills; comfortable partnering with VP/Sr Director/Director-level leaders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently, driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Solid understanding of core HR processes—including performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational change.
- High level of discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism, especially when handling sensitive people matters.
