Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX Corporation, is hiring a Sr. Manager, Application Data Security Compliance. This role is responsible for defining and implementing the strategy for data protection, dynamic data masking, entitlement management, and identity-driven enforcement within the SAP environment. You will need extensive experience deploying complex compliance tools and a broad background in SAP security implementation.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand compliance requirements and translate them into effective policies.
- Lead a globally distributed team across multiple time zones, ensuring effective communication and productivity.
- Design and implement solutions that meet information security and compliance needs.
- Provide in-depth technical knowledge during pilot, proof of concept, and organization-wide deployment stages.
- Resolve complex compliance problems requiring in-depth security evaluation.
- Lead the design, implementation, and testing of tools such as NextLabs and SAP UI Masking.
- Administer and maintain technologies to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Create documentation for SAP Data security policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and 7+ years.
- 7+ years experience applying SAP security features and best practices.
- 7+ years with Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) and experience deploying policy-based access control within SAP.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on implementation experience with SAP security and compliance tools, including NextLabs and SAP UI Masking, as part of engagements with Big 4 System Integrators.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Security and Compliance covering Attribute Based Access Controls and Role Based Access Controls.
- Experience providing technical security expertise and oversight into complex, cross-domain, heterogeneous networked environments.

- Salary range: $124,000 USD - $250,000 USD.

Work Mode
