Join the Commerce team at Hopper Technology Solutions (HTS) as a Senior Front-end Engineer to help build and scale a high-performance, white-label commerce platform powering travel portals for major global brands like Capital One, Air Canada, and Uber. You will work 100% remotely, designing reusable, multi-tenant frontend systems while driving product innovation in a low-meeting, autonomous engineering culture.
What You'll Do
- Architect and review code for world-class, multi-tenant travel portals that balance reusable white-label foundations with partner-specific customizations
- Lead initiatives from concept to deployment with minimal oversight
- Collaborate side-by-side with Product Managers and Designers to explore engineering improvements that enhance user experience and drive partner growth
- Work seamlessly across Hopper’s ecosystem—integrating with Scala-based fintech services and GCP infrastructure to bring sophisticated travel features to market
What We're Looking For
- Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Deep understanding of component architecture, state management, and web performance
- Ability to anchor conception of 'quality' in the customer experience
- Ability to translate business ambiguity into clear, scalable code
- Natural drive to deliver results fast
- Ability to distinguish between 'must-be-perfect' core logic and features that can be evolved through data-driven iteration
- Experience or strong interest in managing complex frontends within a distributed systems environment
- Ensure reliability for high-stakes partner integrations
