EX Squared is seeking a Sr. Finance Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will oversee key financial processes and provide strategic insights to support business decisions. You will be a key contributor to our financial health and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Manage and execute core financial operations, including reporting and analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance and support planning
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide data-driven financial guidance
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement scalable solutions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior-level finance or accounting role
- Expert proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
