Ensemble Health Partners is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to an SG&A Executive. This dynamic role requires you to anticipate needs, manage projects, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive calendar management for an SG&A Executive.
- Act as a liaison and provide support for the Executive’s department.
- Complete administrative tasks including project planning, presentation production, minute taking, and action tracking.
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies.
- Keep the Executive informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Maintain open communications with the executive team and their supporting associates.
- Coordinate team activities like meetings, outings, and retreats.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the executive, their staff, and peers.
- Manage the SG&A Executive’s travel and reimbursable expenses.
- Provide event management support as requested.
- Provide hospitality to all guests and help create a welcoming environment.
- Build long-lasting relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

- Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office; adept in using end-user technology solutions.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.
- HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire.
