- Represent the organization at industry events and executive meetings
- Ensure compliance with global sales policies and procedures
- Evaluate market trends and adapt strategies to changing conditions
- Work closely with regional leaders to tailor regional sales approaches
- Optimize CRM usage and sales technology stack for efficiency
- Deliver regular performance reports to executive leadership
- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer onboarding and retention
- Support mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships from a sales integration perspective
- Advocate for customer needs within product and service development cycles
- Ensure alignment between corporate goals and field sales execution
