EnableComp is looking for a Sr. Director, Clinical Denials to provide strategic leadership for our clinical denials management. In this senior role, you will be responsible for guiding key initiatives and driving operational excellence for our remote team.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the clinical denials function.
- Develop and implement processes to optimize denials management and recovery.
- Analyze performance metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on denials strategy.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of denials workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Significant, proven experience in a senior leadership role focused on clinical denials or revenue cycle management.
- Expert knowledge of clinical denials processes, appeals, and payer requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive strategy and performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and influence in a remote, distributed environment.
