Requirements
- Extensive understanding of Linux systems and ability to diagnose and resolve production-level issues.
- Proven background with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS components including EC2, RDS, S3, and IAM.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Direct experience operating and expanding CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency in Bash scripting for automating system operations and maintenance tasks.
- Track record supporting high-traffic, fault-tolerant systems in production.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, monitoring solutions, and database management.
- Practical knowledge of container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes or Nomad.
- Willingness to join on-call schedules for incident response and production support outside regular hours.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, spoken and written, to communicate effectively across international teams.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with programming in JavaScript/Node.js or Python.
- Background in low-latency, distributed systems such as those used in real-time bidding or trading platforms.
- Awareness of security, privacy, and compliance standards in cloud and operating environments.
