Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to establish key performance metrics and analytical requirements related to product utilization, customer pathways, and overall business outcomes.
- Examine data from clinical trials, customer onboarding, sales activities, therapy interactions, and marketing initiatives to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain intuitive, actionable dashboards and reports using Power BI and complementary analytics platforms.
- Partner with data engineering teams on the development and maintenance of ETL workflows, data models, and semantic layer structures.
- Maintain clear documentation of metric calculations, data origins, and underlying assumptions to ensure data reliability and clarity.
- Provide analytical support to product management using insights from Amplitude, including conversion funnel evaluation, user retention tracking, and behavioral analysis.
- Uphold compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational data governance policies, particularly regarding protected health information and personally identifiable information handling and access permissions.
- Perform additional tasks and assignments as needed by management.
