EX Squared is seeking a Senior Controller to support MaineGeneral in a full-time capacity. You will be responsible for managing critical financial functions and ensuring accurate financial reporting in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the general accounting function and financial close process
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements and reports
- Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Extensive experience in senior-level accounting or controller roles
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Proven ability to manage complex financial processes
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
