Jobgether is looking for a Sr Commerce Developer to lead the design, development, and integration of scalable, high-performing eCommerce solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to architectural decisions, and guide junior developers to influence enterprise-level systems.

What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of eCommerce solutions on platforms such as Magento, Shopify, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Build and maintain custom modules, extensions, and integrations to enhance functionality and scalability.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering peers to deliver high-quality, business-driven solutions.
Ensure applications meet performance, security, and scalability standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform or integration issues while maintaining system reliability.
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and contribute to technical excellence.
Stay ahead of emerging eCommerce technologies and integrate them into existing solutions.
Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across the team.
Contribute to project planning, effort estimation, and timely execution.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
6+ years of hands-on eCommerce development experience with a proven track record of successful implementations.
Expertise in leading platforms such as Magento, Shopify, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Proficiency in programming languages and technologies including PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL.
Strong knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
Experience with database design, management, and integration techniques.
Familiarity with API development and web services integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and debugging expertise.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and ability to mentor peers.
