Verwaltungscloud SH GmbH is hiring a (Senior) Software Developer (Fullstack) to join our GovTech startup. You will be instrumental in our mission to make public administration fit for the digital future through our Verwaltung as a Service (VaaS) approach. In this role, you will take technical responsibility for parts of our product portfolio, implementing features from initial conception to final deployment.
What You'll Do
- Implement features end-to-end for our products using Vue3, Nest.js, and MongoDB.
- Conceive and implement product parts independently, in close cooperation with our public administration customers.
- Create requirement profiles for architecture and data model conception to optimally map functional needs.
- Build MVPs and prototypes for customer presentations.
- Develop, document, and monitor standards for our growing codebase.
- Take technical ownership of a sub-area of our product portfolio and actively contribute your ideas for its evolution.
What We're Looking For
- You are a product-minded Full-Stack Engineer capable of implementing features end-to-end.
- Willingness to take real responsibility: You build it, you ship it, you own it!
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
- Strong knowledge of Vue3, plus experience with MongoDB and Nest.js.
- Several years of experience in software development.
- High intrinsic motivation to contribute to the digitalization of public administration.
- A relevant degree or vocational training, or several years of work experience. Career changers are welcome if they demonstrate high motivation and software development experience.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge in: Figma, Software-Testing, Software architecture, Github Actions, DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, or processes of public administration.
