ServiceNow is hiring a Sr. Business Process Consultant, ServiceNow Finance & Procurement (Source-to-Pay) Solutions

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of finance and procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand and document their business needs.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients.
  • Provide expertise in Source-to-Pay solutions and best practices.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions with existing systems.
  • Conduct workshops and presentations to educate clients on new processes.
  • Create detailed process maps and documentation for client reference.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Support the sales team in pre-sales activities and client presentations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in finance and procurement.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in the development of new service offerings and solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on new features and enhancements.
