About the Role Our Business Operations team comprises analytical, strategic, and operational professionals responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and developing solutions for our organization's most critical challenges. We support strategic planning processes, lead cross-functional initiatives, define organizational strategy, collaborate with leadership to achieve objectives, and maintain continuous insight into business performance. We leverage data-driven approaches to prioritize strategic focus areas and drive transformative initiatives. We are recruiting a Sr. Business Operations and Planning Manager to join our team. This role will balance managing organizational operating systems, facilitating comprehensive planning processes, conducting executive-level metric reviews, coordinating leadership communications, and executing strategic projects including provider cancellation analysis and healthcare portal optimization. This position is crucial in ensuring organizational effectiveness, aligning leadership objectives, establishing robust decision-making frameworks, and delivering high-priority strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine robust analytical skills, strategic thinking, operational expertise, and exceptional stakeholder management to transform conceptual ideas into tangible outcomes. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year institution - 6-7+ years of exceptional performance in management consulting and/or Business Operations and Strategy roles - Advanced proficiency with GSheets/Excel; working SQL knowledge - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating ability to deconstruct complex challenges - Proven track record of building trust and collaborating effectively across diverse stakeholder environments Preferred Qualifications While preferred qualifications enhance candidacy, they are not mandatory.
