Borrowell is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help fulfill our mission to help people feel confident about money. In this role, you will be a key driver of business growth and success by analyzing data, identifying insights, and making strategic recommendations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Analyze data to identify new and existing trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth
- Create and own comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Lead data-driven decision-making across the department by building and managing KPI dashboards
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years experience analyzing data to drive business insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, PivotTables, Tableau, PowerBI or equivalent (we use Looker!)
Nice to Have
- Experience in the financial services industry or related field
- Experience presenting insights and analyses to a variety of stakeholders
