EX Squared is looking for a Sr. Brand Designer to own and elevate our visual identity. You will lead creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring our brand resonates consistently.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and evolution of our brand identity system
- Create compelling visual assets for digital and print channels
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and design standards
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on integrated campaigns
- Present design concepts and strategic rationale to stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional brand and visual design experience
- A portfolio showcasing strategic brand identity work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Proven ability to translate business goals into visual systems
- Strong communication skills for presenting concepts and giving feedback
