PVcase is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Ground Mount team. Your mission is to accelerate the transition to green energy by designing software that helps engineers design high-performing and economical photovoltaic parks. You will foster a shared understanding of user needs and help shape the product to serve those needs and our business goals.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver product functionalities that are proven to be well-designed.
- Own and drive improvements of user experience and business metrics.
- Conduct research and usability tests by having frequent touchpoints with PVcase’s users.
- Analyze the impact your design initiatives had to end-users and communicate these findings to the wider product team.
- Create various design artifacts, such as wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to make informed product decisions.
- Be the voice that educates the organization on best UX practices and maintains high design maturity standards.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve the way PVcase design team works.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience working as a product designer.
- Strong track record of building high-quality products that effectively serve the needs of both customers and the business.
- Customer-centricity and outcome-oriented mindset.
- Ability to comfortably engage in detailed conversations about strategy and product design with both non-technical and technical audiences.
- Fluency in doing discovery research and conducting usability tests that result in actionable findings.
- Ability to base your design decisions on solid reasoning and evidence from research/testing.
- Ability to story-tell and present your design ideas in an understandable manner.
- Familiarity with UX best practices and design terminology.
- Great design tools skills such as Figma, XD or Sketch (we work with Figma).
- Good understanding of Windows OS and its UI patterns.
- Ability to comfortably work (or eagerness to learn) in a technical domain involving 3D modeling, physics and electrical engineering.
- C1 or above English language skills (excellent written and verbal communication).
Nice to Have
- Experience having designed complex enterprise products is a big plus.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is a big plus.

- Compensation: Lithuania: 63,400 - 83,300 EUR gross/yearly. Spain: 56,200 - 73,800 EUR gross/yearly.
Work Mode
This is a global role open to remote work or work from our offices in Spain (Barcelona), Vilnius, Lithuania, or Kaunas, Lithuania.
