EX Squared is looking for a Sr. Analyst for Pharmacy Business to provide deep analytical insights and operational support for our pharmacy business line. This is a remote position where you will work with stakeholders across a global team.
What You'll Do
- Conduct detailed analysis of pharmacy business operations, performance metrics, and market trends.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency within pharmacy services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a business analyst, financial analyst, or similar role within the pharmacy, healthcare, or PBM sector.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, reimbursement models, and healthcare regulations.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, global environment.
