EX Squared is hiring a Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in the pharmacy domain. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business needs, defining requirements, and leading initiatives that enhance pharmacy operations and services. This role is pivotal in translating stakeholder needs into actionable technical specifications.
What You'll Do
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for pharmacy-related systems and processes.
- Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders, including clinical, operational, and technical teams.
- Create and maintain user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Perform gap analysis between current and future state pharmacy workflows.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Validate solutions against requirements and support user acceptance testing.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst in pharmacy operations (retail, PBM, health system, etc.).
- Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows, data, regulations, and typical software systems.
- Expertise in requirements gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
- Ability to lead analysis efforts independently and mentor other analysts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
