EX Squared is hiring a Lead Pharmacy Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing pharmacy-related systems and processes. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the pharmacy domain.
What You'll Do
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for pharmacy business systems and operations
- Analyze and model pharmacy workflows, data, and processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate complex pharmacy business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders across pharmacy operations, IT, and external partners
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical development teams
- Validate solutions against business requirements and ensure they meet pharmacy operational standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the pharmacy or healthcare domain
- Deep understanding of pharmacy operations, workflows, and regulatory requirements
- Strong skills in process modeling, requirements documentation, and data analysis
- Ability to lead workshops, interviews, and collaborative design sessions
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities in a remote work environment
