About the Role

The Senior Advisory Solution Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored CRM solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements and provide expert guidance on CRM solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement CRM strategies.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on CRM best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Provide post-implementation support and follow-up.
