Requirements
- Proven background in Amazon Performance Advertising with expertise in building full-funnel strategies to scale brand growth
- Minimum of four years managing Amazon digital ad campaigns, particularly in paid search and display
- Extensive experience working directly with large clients in a service or agency capacity
- Must hold Amazon advertising accreditation at start date or commit to obtaining it within 30 days of hire
- Hands-on experience with Amazon’s SaaS-based advertising technologies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) or Google Workspace equivalents
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and strategic planning skills
- Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
Nice to Have
- Agency-side experience focused on Amazon programmatic display, DSP, and search advertising
- Quick learner of new software tools with a track record of integrating AI into daily workflows
- Familiarity with bid management platforms used in digital advertising
