You'll be the team's accounting go-to: a key person ensuring numbers add up, risks are controlled, and the business makes decisions with reliable and timely information.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement solid, scalable accounting processes, incorporating simple automations (e.g., SQL, applied AI, advanced formulas, Zapier/N8N) to reduce errors and manual tasks.
• Ensure fiscal and accounting compliance across all jurisdictions where the company operates, collaborating with external advisors when necessary.
• Serve as the technical reference point during external audits, ensuring preparation and delivery of validated, clear, and well-documented accounting information.
• Actively participate in financial statement generation and analysis, providing accounting insights that help explain deviations and support decision-making.
• Execute complex accounting entries, provisions, reconciliations, and adjustments, guaranteeing traceability, supporting documentation, and regulatory compliance. Invoicing for Argentina and USA.

Profile We're Looking For

• Accounting Degree (graduated as a Public Accountant or similar).
• 2-5 years of previous experience in accounting or administrative tasks.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with knowledge of formulas, logical functions, and data handling.
• Basic SQL knowledge and openness/interest in applying automation or AI tools to accounting tasks.
• Organization, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication.
• We value previous experience in startups, fintechs, or tech companies.
• Intermediate English (oral and written).
