Lincoln Financial is looking for a Senior Account Manager, Relationship Management to drive strategic business growth and client retention across our annuity, life insurance, and long-term care product lines. You will develop deep relationships within the wire and bank channels to expand our market presence and deliver an outstanding client experience.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sales growth, market expansion, and client retention within assigned firms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and key decision-makers to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on LFG products, services, and operations, providing consultative guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead complex client relationship strategies to address service needs, resolve escalated issues, and support profitability and product breadth growth.
- Identify at-risk clients and implement retention strategies to strengthen engagement and protect existing business.
- Profile assigned territories to identify opportunities, cultivate new relationships, and introduce appropriate LFG resources.
- Participate in industry organizations and events to enhance LFG visibility and leverage sponsorship or speaking opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of sold products and share intelligence for business planning.
- Conduct client meetings and finalist presentations to support sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Maintain responsibility for budget adherence, regulatory compliance, and representing LFG with professionalism and integrity.
- Monitor industry trends and partner with leadership to incorporate new developments into future strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in relationship management directly aligned with this role's responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- FINRA Series SIE, 6, 63, and Life & Health licenses.
- Analytical skills and close attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment.

Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates working from home or based in Radnor, PA, or the wider US Northeast.
