Enerflex Ltd. is looking for a Senior Account Manager specializing in Process and Refrigeration to independently drive service sales and business expansion within a regional territory. What You'll Do
- Identify and develop potential customers, managing services and maintenance contracts from initial contact onward.
- Build sales prospect lists by researching business activity through potential customer contacts and industry groups.
- Advise and assist the Field Services group in maintaining and enhancing on-going customer activities.
- Manage a broad base of high-tech customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and act as a liaison between customers and technical staff.
- Develop and retain customer relationships for long-term growth.
- Perform estimates, budgets, and create job scopes in proposal form to meet customer needs for order fulfillment.
- Identify customer technical requirements and work with technical staff to ensure they are properly defined and addressed.
- Identify leads for engineered systems and equipment and turn them over to the Contracts and Projects Department.
- Assist in developing marketing materials that highlight the company's technical service resources and capabilities.
- Provide support for promotional events including trade shows, conferences, exhibits, and demonstrations.
- Participate in educational activities for customers such as lectures, training, and demonstrations.
- Participate in sales and departmental meetings and training.
What We're Looking For
- A 2-Year Technical Diploma.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing or exceptional proven performance.
- Strong process and customer development skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Skill in proposal development and presentation.
- Ability to create, compose, and edit a variety of materials using computer software.
- Ability to write using technical verbiage typical of our industry.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to periodically travel to other locations to meet with customers or prospects.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to periodically travel throughout the United States.
- Possess exceptional communication, marketing, and organizational skills.
- Direct experience with compression maintenance services on all makes of systems.
- Experience with controls upgrades and retrofits.
- Experience with process and gas compression package refurbishment.
- Experience with maintenance agreements.
- Experience promoting spare parts.
- Experience with compressor overhaul.
