About the Role
Lead enterprise sales in fintech across APAC, driving revenue through strategic partnerships and full-cycle deal execution.
Responsibilities
- Consistently exceed multi-million-dollar annual contract value targets across the APAC region, with a focus on key sectors including airlines, financial institutions, hotels, and online travel agencies.
- Lead end-to-end outbound prospecting by identifying untapped market opportunities, prioritizing high-value targets, and securing initial executive meetings through direct outreach and partner networks.
- Maintain a robust and accurately forecasted sales pipeline using disciplined CRM practices and detailed stage-by-stage closing strategies.
- Manage full-cycle enterprise sales from initial discovery through negotiation, legal review, and final contract execution.
- Follow established business processes and work closely with Product, Finance, and Legal teams from pre-sales through implementation and go-live.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving product, finance, legal, and C-suite decision-makers at client organizations.
- Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ancillary revenue potential using proprietary pricing data, attach-rate benchmarks, and revenue-sharing models.
- Negotiate and finalize multi-year contracts with favorable commercial terms, including revenue sharing, exposure commitments, and expansion rights.
- Analyze market gaps across APAC industries, create targeted account plans, and prioritize engagement with Tier 1 and Tier 2 prospects.
- Provide actionable market insights to Product, Pricing, and Leadership teams to shape product development, regional localization, and new revenue streams.
- Represent the company at regional industry events and executive forums to build visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate effectively with a globally distributed team across time zones and functions.
- Work cross-functionally with Solutions, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth deal progression and successful partner onboarding.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure forecast accuracy and maintain high standards of pipeline management as expected by executive leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven history of meeting or exceeding complex, multi-million-dollar annual contract value targets.
- Demonstrated top-tier performance, such as President's Club recognition or top-decile quota achievement, at a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
- Proven ability to source and close new customer logos in Asia, with experience navigating diverse cultures, languages, and regulatory environments.
- Experience selling API, SDK, or white-label embedded solutions, with the ability to clearly articulate technical features as business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise deal structures, including pricing and margin analysis, multi-year contracts, revenue-share models, and commercial negotiation.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills applied to complex sales scenarios.
