Role Overview We are seeking skilled SQL Developers to contribute to an LLM training initiative by constructing high-quality datasets and SQL logic that authentically represent real-world business scenarios. The role involves working with intricate data models, extracting and transforming data, and ensuring SQL outputs for model training are accurate, consistent, and contextually aligned with business objectives. Commitments Required: 8 hours per day with a 4-hour PST overlap. Employment type: Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave) Contract Duration: 8 weeks Location: India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Ghana, Bangladesh, Turkey, Mexico Two interview rounds (60 min technical + 30 min technical/cultural discussion) Roles & Responsibilities - Design and maintain sophisticated SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation logic - Comprehensively analyze and interpret existing data models and database schemas - Engage with business stakeholders to comprehend and clarify project requirements - Convert complex business requirements into precise SQL implementations - Craft efficient, maintainable, and meticulously documented SQL code - Conduct comprehensive data analysis and validation to guarantee implementation accuracy - Actively participate in code reviews and adhere to established development standards - Diagnose and optimize SQL queries for enhanced performance - Generate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation - Provide testing support and resolve data-related challenges Required Skills & Qualifications - 2-4 years of hands-on SQL development experience - Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL and cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.) - Deep understanding of data warehousing principles and dimensional modeling - Comprehensive knowledge of joins, subqueries, window functions, and advanced SQL techniques - Proven expertise in data transformation and aggregation methodologies Benefits - Fully remote working environment - Opportunity to engage with pioneering AI projects at leading technology organizations
