Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and configure Splunk ITSI platforms for large-scale enterprise environments
- Create service structures, key performance indicators, visual dashboards, and incident review setups
- Establish entity-based models and reusable service templates that reflect business-critical operations
- Connect Splunk ITSI with monitoring systems for infrastructure, applications, and cloud platforms
- Develop intelligent correlation rules, alerting policies, and dynamic threshold algorithms
- Enhance system efficiency, responsiveness, and capacity for growing data volumes
- Facilitate client sessions to shape observability goals and service modeling approaches
- Produce technical documentation, system architecture visuals, and operational procedures
- Guide and train less experienced engineers and client personnel
- Assist in pre-sales efforts such as technical scoping and solution demonstrations
