All Care Therapies is hiring a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) fluent in Spanish to join our outpatient clinic team. You will provide speech-language therapy services, implement plans of care for a pediatric-focused caseload, and collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
What You'll Do
- Provide speech-language therapy services to clients.
- Implement an individual's plan of care.
- Maintain a caseload of pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
- Keep appropriate and daily documentation.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to maximize client progress.
What We're Looking For
- Completion of an accredited Speech and Language Pathology Assistant program approved per ASHA guidelines.
- Current and unrestricted TX Speech Therapy Assistant license; or ability to apply.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
Nice to Have
- At least two years of experience as a pediatric speech therapist.
