Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans
- Conduct therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide support and education to clients and their families
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients
- Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and report to the supervising speech-language pathologist
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the treatment team
- Assist in the administration of assessments and evaluations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in speech-language pathology
- Participate in ongoing professional development
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Provide support during teletherapy sessions
- Assist in the coordination of care with other healthcare providers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ensure timely submission of documentation and reports
- Provide support during in-person therapy sessions when necessary
- Assist in the development of educational materials and resources

Nice to Have
